AdKernel

Performance & Attribution

See the Whole Path From Ad to Outcome

AdKernel's full data transparency — always within privacy and consent frameworks — lets performance teams close the loop: from the identity signal that targeted an ad, to the click or visit, to the signup, install, or purchase that followed.

How the loop closes

Most attribution stops at the click. When a campaign targets on an identity signal — a hashed email, a mobile ad ID, a UID 2.0 — and conversion tracking ties back to that same identifier, every stage feeds the next, and the outcome feeds back into the bid.

Identity signals this runs on

The loop only closes if targeting and attribution share the same identifier. AdKernel supports the signal types performance teams already use.

Hashed email

Match on a hashed, consented email identifier without ever handling it in the clear.

Mobile ad ID

IDFA and GAID-style device identifiers for app install and in-app conversion campaigns.

UID 2.0 and resolved IDs

Industry identity-graph IDs from UID 2.0 and similar frameworks, resolved through your existing partners.

Why a shared ID matters

Without a shared identifier, attribution lives in pieces — a DSP that knows the impression, an analytics tool that knows the visit, a backend that knows the conversion, and no reliable way to connect them. AdKernel keeps identity, delivery, and outcome in one system with log-level visibility across all three.

Built with privacy in mind

Closed-loop attribution runs on identity signals, so it only runs where consent and applicable privacy frameworks allow it.

Consent-gated
Signals only activate where consent and applicable frameworks (TCF, GDPR, CCPA) permit it.
Hashed, not raw
Matching runs on hashed or tokenized identifiers — never on raw PII moving through the bid path.
Opt-out and deletion aware
Opt-outs and deletion requests propagate through the same log-level pipeline used for attribution.
