Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER BUSINESS SUCCESS Team focuses on growing client utilization of the platform and assisting clients in understanding current features and communicating new developments.

  • Become a product expert on Adkernel platforms
  • Deeply understand existing and potential customers’ use cases and technical requirements
  • Reach out to clients over the phone and via email to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Consult customers on complex technical topics, such as log file setup, API calls to help automate processes, user data integrations, and custom ad tech architecture etc.
  • Identify and manage opportunities by up selling additional solutions based on clients needs.
  • Qualify warm leads and the interest of potential clients content and demo requests.
  • Schedule demos of the platform for those who have established an interest in using the company’s services.
  • Work closely and liaise with sales team to ensure qualified leads are converted.
  • Develop relationships and rapport with clients in order to ensure continued business
  • Managing client relationships face to face, negotiating and closing deals in person

Requirements:

Applicants should have a strong communication skills and a drive to build strong relations with clients as well as an ability to keep up with the latest RTB and Programmatic developments and strategies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in advertising technology or digital media buying is preferred
  • Knowledge of Javascript, JSON, HTML, and/or SQL
  • An eagerness to learn with aspirations for career progression in adtech
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding technical communication, both written and verbal
